PHILIP HIRSCHBERG

Over 25 years of experience in establishing, building, improving, investing in and raising capital for public and private companies across multiple sectors. Philip is an experienced company director, who has been engaged extensively at board level in the areas of corporate strategy and business planning, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising. Philip has previously held executive and senior management positions with Deloitte and Ernst & Young, among others and was formerly President of The West Australian Club. Philip holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia Business School, where he has been an adjunct lecturer of Strategic Management and Strategic Corporate Finance on the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, and also a Diploma (Company Directors Course) from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, where he has facilitated on a number of executive education programs.
